We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags must be attached

Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, in its original condition
Store Policy
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns that:

Show signs of wear, alteration, laundering, or damage

Indicate excessive or suspicious return activity ("wardrobing")

Are associated with potential fraud or abuse
Non-boutique items sent to our return center will be discarded upon receipt.
We may also refuse service in-store or online to individuals with a pattern of suspicious or excessive return behavior.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If you believe your delivery area is not secure, we recommend using an alternative shipping address (e.g., work address or a trusted location). Shipping labels are generated using the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
