How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After your order is placed, you will receive an automated receipt sent to the email that you provide at the time of purchase. 


Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Once the order has been placed, you have 24hrs to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please contact the store by email or reach out to a representative at 478-329-0310 and a representative will be happy to assist with processing this request. 

 

Can I change the style, color or size after an order is placed?

To make any changes to a recent order, it must be within 24hrs of placing the order. Please contact the store for additional assistance

When is my order shipped?

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
 

How can I track the status of my order?

A tracking number will be provided, after the item(s) are shipped.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted online. We currently don't accept CashApp cards or Apple pay.
Can Gift Cards be used on  Shaumarasshoes.com ?

No, Gift Cards are ONLY being accepted n the store at this time. 
Can Store Credits be used on Shaumarasshoe.com ?

Yes,  store credits will be given a code to use , to apply available funds to a transaction.
